What We Do
Innovative Products
Driving Force Dynamics designs products that improve operational effectiveness for first responders.
Our first commercial product is the GRID (Government Resource & Identification) Card, a digital resource and contact card created by law enforcement, for law enforcement. With a simple tap, officers can instantly share their contact information, agency details, and jurisdiction-specific resources with witnesses, victims, complainants, business owners, and community members. GRID modernizes the exchange of information while strengthening professionalism and community engagement.
Our development pipeline also includes next-generation public safety technologies currently undergoing testing and refinement, reflecting our long-term commitment to solving real operational problems through practical innovation.
Professional Training
Driving Force Dynamics provides professional instruction in Indiana's required law enforcement psychomotor skills.
Our instructor team consists of experienced veteran law enforcement officers certified in Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVO), Firearms, and Defensive Tactics. Every course emphasizes practical application, sound decision-making, officer safety, and performance under realistic conditions.

Our Story
Driving Force Dynamics was founded by veteran law enforcement officer Dan Dickey, who currently serves as a Chief of Police with a municipal department in Northwest Indiana. Dan is also a State of Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board Certified instructor in Emergency Vehicle Operations and Defensive Tactics.
Having been an officer since 2009, Dan recognized that many of the profession's biggest challenges were not the result of a lack of dedication—they were the result of outdated tools, inefficient processes, budget constraints, and missed opportunities for innovation.
Driving Force Dynamics was created to change that.
Our goal is to create practical solutions that earn the trust of the professionals who depend on them every day.
